Key Deadlines:
14 August: Submit booking form for winter oil seed rape field plots.
21 August: Deliver seed for field plots –
Deliver materials (seed, chemicals etc.) to David Young at the James Hutton Institute, Invergowrie, Dundee, DD2 5DA.
31 August 2023: Submit booking form for all other winter field plots.
4 September 2023: Deliver seed for field plots –
Deliver materials (seed, chemicals etc.) to David Young at the James Hutton Institute, Invergowrie, Dundee, DD2 5DA.
12 February 2024: Submit booking form for field plots and working demonstrations. Please read the exhibitors pack prior to booking.
Submit field plot treatment form (one per plot booking).
4 March 2024: Deliver seed for field plots –
Deliver materials (seed, chemicals etc.) to David Young at the James Hutton Institute, Invergowrie, Dundee, DD2 5DA.
31 March 2024: Submit booking form for exhibitor spaces. Please read the exhibitors pack prior to booking.
26 May 2024: Submit risk assessment.
26 June 2024: Register staff working on your stand.
*Late entries may not be accepted and will incur the following fees:
- 2 – 3 months prior to the event: £150.
- 1 month prior to the event: £200.
- 2 weeks prior to the event: £250.
